In adverse weather conditions such as fog, smoke, or rain, and challenging lighting conditions like complete darkness or backlighting, identifying individuals or objects in a complex background can be difficult for visible cameras and the human eye.
However, Wisenet T series thermal cameras utilize advanced technology to capture high contrast images by detecting temperature differences between the object and the background.
This allows for easy incident detection without the need for additional lighting. The TNO-3010T is a cost-effective QVGA thermal bullet network camera equipped with a 2.7mm lens for human detection up to 135m and vehicle detection up to 345m.
Some additional features include H.265/H.264 compression, WiseStream II, Intelligent Analytics, bi-directional audio, SDXC edge storage, PoE, 24VAC and 12DC power options, and an impressive operating temperature range. It's important to note that Wisenet Thermal Cameras are subject to export regulations and restrictions, and Hanwha Tech.

Unauthorized Dealer And Warranty Disclaimer Statement
HVA is firmly committed to providing our customers with best in class, reliable security solution products through authorized dealers. Our policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized HVA dealer. Unfortunately, not every dealer or retailer advertising HVA products has been authorized by HVA. If you purchase a HVA product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your HVA warranty may not be valid.
Products sold on these unauthorized websites or from these unauthorized dealers may not carry a warranty from HVA.
Hanwha Vision America (HVA) warrants to the original purchaser that HVA’s products (the “Products”) are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
*Note: This warranty applies to purchases of network products(hardware) manufactured and shipped by Hanwha from July 1, 2023. However this warranty applies only to products shipped after July 1, 2023 and produced after January 2022 based on the Product Serial Number. This warranty may be changed by Hanwha at any time without prior notice.
Unless a different period is otherwise expressly stated below (the “Warranty Period”). HVA’s obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts, repairing, or replacing, at its sole option, any product which HVA, in its sole judgment and discretion, determines contained a defect in materials or workmanship at the time of shipment from HVA. This warranty does not include on-site service or removal and re-installation costs.
If any person or entity other than HVA repairs or replaces parts on the Products without the prior written consent of HVA, this limited warranty shall be void with respect to the part or component of the Products so repaired or replaced, and with respect to any other part or component related thereto.
For a warranty claim to be valid, you must give full and reasonable written notice to HVA of the defect within thirty (30) days of your discovery of the defect, but in no event later than the last day of the Warranty Period. On receipt of any such written notice, HVA will, as soon as reasonably practicable, cause to be repaired (or, at the sole option of HVA, have replaced) the defect(s) identified by the notice.
