The Samsung PNM-9320VQP is an efficient and versatile Network Vandal Outdoor Multi-Sensor Multi-Directional Camera.
With 4 separate sensors capable of capturing images at 2MP or 5MP, this camera also offers a fixed focal lens module with 8MP to 20MP resolution and 2MP 32x optical zoom capability. In addition, it features triple codec technology with H.
265/H.264/MJPEG and WiseStream II for optimized efficiency, defocus detection for improved image quality, and built-in analytics for advanced surveillance.
It also includes 4 SD card slots, hallway view, HLC, fog detection, and DIS with gyro sensor. The camera is designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions and operates in temperatures ranging from -35°C to +55°C.

Hanwha Vision America (HVA) warrants to the original purchaser that HVA’s products (the “Products”) are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
*Note: This warranty applies to purchases of network products(hardware) manufactured and shipped by Hanwha from July 1, 2023. However this warranty applies only to products shipped after July 1, 2023 and produced after January 2022 based on the Product Serial Number. This warranty may be changed by Hanwha at any time without prior notice.
Unless a different period is otherwise expressly stated below (the “Warranty Period”). HVA’s obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts, repairing, or replacing, at its sole option, any product which HVA, in its sole judgment and discretion, determines contained a defect in materials or workmanship at the time of shipment from HVA. This warranty does not include on-site service or removal and re-installation costs.
If any person or entity other than HVA repairs or replaces parts on the Products without the prior written consent of HVA, this limited warranty shall be void with respect to the part or component of the Products so repaired or replaced, and with respect to any other part or component related thereto.
For a warranty claim to be valid, you must give full and reasonable written notice to HVA of the defect within thirty (30) days of your discovery of the defect, but in no event later than the last day of the Warranty Period. On receipt of any such written notice, HVA will, as soon as reasonably practicable, cause to be repaired (or, at the sole option of HVA, have replaced) the defect(s) identified by the notice.
