Description
This Samsung camera, model QNP-6230RH, is designed for outdoor use and utilizes a 2MP, Full HD (1080p) 30fps resolution. It also features H.265/H.264/MJPEG compression and an advanced optical zoom lens with a range of 23x (4.44-102.1mm).
The camera is equipped with infrared technology, providing a monitoring range of up to 328ft even in low light conditions. Additional features include 120dB WDR, true day/night functionality, high-speed pan capabilities of 500°/sec, and compatibility with SD/SDHC/SDXC storage.
The camera is also built to withstand harsh environments, with an IP66 rating for waterproofing and IK10 for impact resistance. It can be powered using HPoE (802.3bt) or 24VAC and has a low-temperature heater for operation in temperatures as low as -58°F.

Warranty | Repair | Returns
Hanwha Vision America (HVA) warrants to the original purchaser that HVA’s products (the “Products”) are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
*Note: This warranty applies to purchases of network products(hardware) manufactured and shipped by Hanwha from July 1, 2023. However this warranty applies only to products shipped after July 1, 2023 and produced after January 2022 based on the Product Serial Number. This warranty may be changed by Hanwha at any time without prior notice.
Unless a different period is otherwise expressly stated below (the “Warranty Period”). HVA’s obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to supplying replacement parts, repairing, or replacing, at its sole option, any product which HVA, in its sole judgment and discretion, determines contained a defect in materials or workmanship at the time of shipment from HVA. This warranty does not include on-site service or removal and re-installation costs.
If any person or entity other than HVA repairs or replaces parts on the Products without the prior written consent of HVA, this limited warranty shall be void with respect to the part or component of the Products so repaired or replaced, and with respect to any other part or component related thereto.
For a warranty claim to be valid, you must give full and reasonable written notice to HVA of the defect within thirty (30) days of your discovery of the defect, but in no event later than the last day of the Warranty Period. On receipt of any such written notice, HVA will, as soon as reasonably practicable, cause to be repaired (or, at the sole option of HVA, have replaced) the defect(s) identified by the notice.
