Description

The VIVOTEK FD9380-HF is a 5MP outdoor dome network camera with a H.265 encoding, allowing for 2560 x 1920 resolution at 20 fps. Boasting VIVOTEK SNV and WDR Pro technology, this camera can capture superior images in challenging lighting conditions with high contrast and low light levels.

The FD9380-HF comes with a 2.8mm/3.6mm lens and features IR illuminators that can reach up to a 30-meter distance for enhanced visibility at night. Additionally, the FD9380-HF2 is enclosed in IP66 and IK10 housing for dependable coverage in tough outdoor conditions.

Combining VIVOTEK's Smart Stream III technology with H.265 codec support, the FD9380-HF2 significantly reduces bandwidth usage by up to 90%* without compromising image quality. Furthermore, with the VADP (VIVOTEK Application Development Platform), users have the ability to customize applications to suit a wide range of evolving surveillance needs in the market.

    Warranty Coverage

    VIVOTEK provides the warranty (“Warranty”) to the customer (the distributor) for VIVOTEK Network Camera and NVR*(“VIVOTEK Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of shipment from VIVOTEK (“Warranty Period). This Warranty is only applicable to VIVOTEK Product purchased from VIVOTEK authorized distributors.

    General applicability

    • This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Taiwan, R.O.C.
    • This Warranty applies only to VIVOTEK Product shipped out from VIVOTEK from January 1, 2024.
    • Accessories may have different warranty periods from FOUR(4) months to TWO(2) year.
    • This Warranty may be subject to change by VIVOTEK at any time without prior notice.

    *NOTE: For some specific models of VIVOTEK Camera or NVR, the warranty period shall be limited to the period stated in their respective technical datasheets or product pages.
