VIVOTEK FD9387-A is an outdoor dome network camera series that can achieve high quality images at all resolutions and frame rates, with a 30 fps at 5-Megapixel or 60 fps at full HD sensor. Utilizing VIVOTEK SNV and WDR Pro technology, the FD9387-A series excels in capturing clear images in both high contrast and low light environments.

The FD9387-A series features a remote focus lens designed for versatile user needs. Its IR illuminators provide a 50 meter effective range for enhanced night visibility, and its IP66, IP67, and IK10 housing make it resistant to harsh outdoor conditions such as rain and dust.

Using VIVOTEK's Smart Stream III technology and H.265 codec support, the FD9387-A Series can lower bandwidth usage by up to 90%* while maintaining high image quality. Furthermore, with VIVOTEK VADP (VIVOTEK Application Development Platform), users have the option to incorporate tailored applications to better suit diverse use and user cases.

The FD9387-A series now offers enhanced Video Content Analysis (VCA) capabilities, such as intrusion detection, loitering detection, line crossing detection, unattended object detection, missing object detection, and face detection. These features take surveillance cameras beyond just capturing images and transform them into advanced alert systems, enabling users to gain more intelligent insights.

    Warranty Coverage

    VIVOTEK provides the warranty (“Warranty”) to the customer (the distributor) for VIVOTEK Network Camera and NVR*(“VIVOTEK Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of shipment from VIVOTEK (“Warranty Period). This Warranty is only applicable to VIVOTEK Product purchased from VIVOTEK authorized distributors.

    General applicability

    • This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Taiwan, R.O.C.
    • This Warranty applies only to VIVOTEK Product shipped out from VIVOTEK from January 1, 2024.
    • Accessories may have different warranty periods from FOUR(4) months to TWO(2) year.
    • This Warranty may be subject to change by VIVOTEK at any time without prior notice.

    *NOTE: For some specific models of VIVOTEK Camera or NVR, the warranty period shall be limited to the period stated in their respective technical datasheets or product pages.
