The FD9389-v2 dome network camera from VIVOTEK offers a 5-Megapixel sensor and H.265 compression for 2560 x 1920 resolution at 30 fps. With advanced features like SNV and WDR Pro technology, it delivers superior image quality in any lighting condition.

The FD9389-v2 series offers a choice of two lens options: fixed-focal and remote focus, tailored to meet various user needs. Additionally, the camera is equipped with IR illuminators that provide a 30-meter effective range, ensuring excellent visibility even at night. To ensure dependable coverage in rugged outdoor settings, the FD9389-v2 series is housed in IP66 and IK10-rated casing.

The FD9389-v2 series from VIVOTEK offers advanced technology such as Smart Stream III and H.265 codec support, allowing for up to 90%* bandwidth reduction without compromising image quality. In addition, the series features AI-powered smart motion detection with a focus on human objects instead of irrelevant noise.

      5 Years Limited Product Warranty

      Warranty Coverage

      VIVOTEK provides the warranty (“Warranty”) to the customer (the distributor) for VIVOTEK Network Camera and NVR*(“VIVOTEK Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of shipment from VIVOTEK (“Warranty Period). This Warranty is only applicable to VIVOTEK Product purchased from VIVOTEK authorized distributors.

      General applicability

      • This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Taiwan, R.O.C.
      • This Warranty applies only to VIVOTEK Product shipped out from VIVOTEK from January 1, 2024.
      • Accessories may have different warranty periods from FOUR(4) months to TWO(2) year.
      • This Warranty may be subject to change by VIVOTEK at any time without prior notice.

      *NOTE: For some specific models of VIVOTEK Camera or NVR, the warranty period shall be limited to the period stated in their respective technical datasheets or product pages.
