Utilizing VIVOTEK's advanced SNV and WDR Pro technology, the IB9365-A series excels at capturing high-quality images in challenging lighting conditions.

The IB9365-A series utilizes advanced night time surveillance technology, including Smart IR II technology from VIVOTEK speed domes. By aligning the IR illuminators with the remote focus lens' angle, the IB9365-A ensures optimal IR image quality at any lens setting. This unique feature optimizes IR intensity, reduces hotspots, and extends the IR effective range up to 100 meters (IB9365-HT-A 12-40mm).

Incorporating VIVOTEK's Smart Stream III technology and utilizing the H.265 compression codec, the IB9365-A series significantly reduces bandwidth by over 90%, without compromising image quality. Additionally, via the VIVOTEK Application Development Platform (VADP), users can incorporate personalized programs for diverse applications and user scenarios. All of these features are safeguarded by the IB9365-A's IP66, IP67, and IK10 rated housing, which can function in extreme temperatures ranging from -50°C to 60°C (IB9365-EHT-A).

The IB9365-A series now features advanced Video Content Analysis (VCA) - Smart VCA, such as intrusion detection, loitering detection, line crossing detection, unattended object detection, missing object detection, and face detection. These features take surveillance cameras beyond image capturing devices and turn them into advanced notification tools, providing users with a more intelligent and comprehensive perspective.

      Warranty Coverage

      VIVOTEK provides the warranty (“Warranty”) to the customer (the distributor) for VIVOTEK Network Camera and NVR*(“VIVOTEK Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of shipment from VIVOTEK (“Warranty Period). This Warranty is only applicable to VIVOTEK Product purchased from VIVOTEK authorized distributors.

      General applicability

      • This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Taiwan, R.O.C.
      • This Warranty applies only to VIVOTEK Product shipped out from VIVOTEK from January 1, 2024.
      • Accessories may have different warranty periods from FOUR(4) months to TWO(2) year.
      • This Warranty may be subject to change by VIVOTEK at any time without prior notice.

      *NOTE: For some specific models of VIVOTEK Camera or NVR, the warranty period shall be limited to the period stated in their respective technical datasheets or product pages.
