The VIVOTEK IB9387-A series consists of outdoor bullet network cameras, providing excellent image quality at all resolutions or frame rates with a high resolution of 5-megapixels and a fast 30 fps or a full HD sensor with an even faster 60 fps. Equipped with VIVOTEK SNV and WDR Pro technology, the IB9387-A series excels in capturing high-quality images, even in challenging high contrast or low light environments.

The IB9387-A series features a remote focus lens, perfect for various user scenarios. Its IR illuminators boast a 50-meter effective range, providing enhanced night visibility. With its IP66, IP67, and IK10 housing, this series is ideal for harsh outdoor environments, offering protection against rain and dust.

The IB9387-A Series from VIVOTEK features H.265 codec support and smart stream III technology, resulting in up to a 90% reduction in bandwidth usage without sacrificing image quality. The VIVOTEK Application Development Platform (VADP) also allows for the integration of custom applications to suit different user and scenario needs.

The IB9387-A series now offers enhanced Video Content Analysis capabilities with its new Smart VCA features. This includes intrusion detection, loitering detection, line crossing detection, unattended object detection, missing object detection, and face detection. These advanced features elevate surveillance cameras to become powerful notification tools, expanding their role beyond simply capturing images and allowing users to gain more intelligence from their surveillance.

      Warranty Coverage

      VIVOTEK provides the warranty (“Warranty”) to the customer (the distributor) for VIVOTEK Network Camera and NVR*(“VIVOTEK Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of shipment from VIVOTEK (“Warranty Period). This Warranty is only applicable to VIVOTEK Product purchased from VIVOTEK authorized distributors.

      General applicability

      • This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Taiwan, R.O.C.
      • This Warranty applies only to VIVOTEK Product shipped out from VIVOTEK from January 1, 2024.
      • Accessories may have different warranty periods from FOUR(4) months to TWO(2) year.
      • This Warranty may be subject to change by VIVOTEK at any time without prior notice.

      *NOTE: For some specific models of VIVOTEK Camera or NVR, the warranty period shall be limited to the period stated in their respective technical datasheets or product pages.
