The IB9389 series from VIVOTEK is a H.265 bullet network camera with a 5-Megapixel sensor that produces 30 fps at a resolution of 2560 x 1920. With VIVOTEK SNV and WDR Pro technology, this series captures superior image quality in diverse lighting conditions, including high-contrast and low-light situations.

With the IB9389 series, users can choose from multiple lens options to suit their specific needs, including fixed focus, manual focus, and remote focus lenses. Plus, with 30-meter IR illuminators, this camera ensures optimal night visibility. To withstand tough outdoor conditions, the IB9389 series is built with IP66 and IK10 housing, providing reliable coverage.

The IB9389 series features VIVOTEK's advanced Smart Stream III technology and supports the efficient H.265 codec. This enables a 90% reduction in bandwidth usage without compromising image quality. The innovative VIVOTEK Application Development Platform (VADP) also allows for customizable applications to meet the growing needs of the surveillance market.

      Warranty Coverage

      VIVOTEK provides the warranty (“Warranty”) to the customer (the distributor) for VIVOTEK Network Camera and NVR*(“VIVOTEK Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of shipment from VIVOTEK (“Warranty Period). This Warranty is only applicable to VIVOTEK Product purchased from VIVOTEK authorized distributors.

      General applicability

      • This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Taiwan, R.O.C.
      • This Warranty applies only to VIVOTEK Product shipped out from VIVOTEK from January 1, 2024.
      • Accessories may have different warranty periods from FOUR(4) months to TWO(2) year.
      • This Warranty may be subject to change by VIVOTEK at any time without prior notice.

      *NOTE: For some specific models of VIVOTEK Camera or NVR, the warranty period shall be limited to the period stated in their respective technical datasheets or product pages.
