The AI-BOX from VIVOTEK, known as the IE9111-O, utilizes the Qualcomm QCS605 chip and runs on an Android Open Source Project-based operating system called S&ST OS. By utilizing the RTSP protocol, it can capture images from network cameras for AI-related purposes. This intelligent device allows users to upgrade their surveillance systems into an AIoT solution.

With IE9111-O being powered by OSSA, users have the ability to download and install Apps from the S&ST App Store, which enhances network cameras with intelligent video content analysis capabilities like facial recognition, license plate recognition, and behavior detection. This intelligent AI-Box allows for simultaneous installation and operation of multiple Apps, providing users with a versatile, efficient, and effective experience.

The IE9111-O features an Octa-Core SoC powered by the Qualcomm Vision Intelligence Platform, AI technology, and the Adreno 615 GPU neural processing engine. It offers hardware acceleration for deep learning and enhanced visual computing, providing excellent edge computing performance to enhance AI image processing capabilities. Additionally, the device is available with either RJ-45 or M12 connectors, with the M12 model boasting an EN50155 safety certificate for safe use in transportation scenarios.

Warranty Coverage

VIVOTEK provides the warranty (“Warranty”) to the customer (the distributor) for VIVOTEK Network Camera and NVR*(“VIVOTEK Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of shipment from VIVOTEK (“Warranty Period). This Warranty is only applicable to VIVOTEK Product purchased from VIVOTEK authorized distributors.

General applicability

  • This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Taiwan, R.O.C.
  • This Warranty applies only to VIVOTEK Product shipped out from VIVOTEK from January 1, 2024.
  • Accessories may have different warranty periods from FOUR(4) months to TWO(2) year.
  • This Warranty may be subject to change by VIVOTEK at any time without prior notice.

*NOTE: For some specific models of VIVOTEK Camera or NVR, the warranty period shall be limited to the period stated in their respective technical datasheets or product pages.
